Welcome to our micro bakery — where every bake is infused with passion, precision, and a touch of French elegance. Founded in 2020 in New York City, our story began when I followed my dream to study at the renowned Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan. There, I mastered classic French baking techniques that now serve as the foundation for every pastry, bread, and dessert we create.

Over the years, I’ve had the honor of crafting desserts for celebrities and professional athletes across the NFL, MLB, NHL, and MLS — a testament to the care and quality behind each creation. In 2024, we brought that same commitment to Kansas City, Missouri, where we now proudly serve our community with thoughtfully made, small-batch bakes.

Whether it’s a buttery croissant or an elegant tart, every item reflects years of training, a deep love for French tradition, and a dedication to excellence. Thank you for letting us be part of your table — we’re excited to share our passion with you.

We are a locally owned and operated micro bakery. We help bring coworkers, families, and clients together to bond over freshly baked breads, pastries and desserts.

We are available for events of any kind or if you just want to order a weekly supply of artisan breads in your home or office.
